Financial Assistance
A. MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (MOE FAS)
The Ministry of Education provides financial assistance to needy Singapore Citizen students in Government and Government-aided schools so that all Singaporeans, regardless of their financial background, can benefit from the best opportunities in education.
Under the ministry's guidelines, a student is eligible for MOE FAS if he or she meets either of the following criteria:
Monthly Gross Household Income (GHI) not exceeding $4,000 OR
Monthly Per Capita Income (PCI) not exceeding $1,000
The benefits of the scheme for junior college students are:
100% Subsidy of school and miscellaneous fees
$1,600 annual bursary (inclusive of public transport subsidy)

B. School-Based Financial Assistance Scheme (SBFAS)
Students who are not eligible for MOE FAS but require financial assistance will have their MOE FAS application used to assess eligibility for the School-Based Financial Assistance Scheme (SBFAS).
Applicants will be informed of the outcome by the school.

Students from low-income households who are interested to apply for subsidised broadband and/or laptop/tablet under IMDA DigitalAccess@Home can apply via:

D. Other Financial Assistance
Financial assistance in the form of bursary from external organisations are available from time to time. The college will inform students of other available bursaries and financial assistance through their Civics Tutors.
