In a whirlwind of nostalgia and show-stopping performances, the JPFam came together on Teachers' Day to celebrate the remarkable educators who have left an indelible mark on our students’ lives The theme was ‘Retro Revival’, and the college embarked on a journey back in time that left the audience spellbound. With the inclusion of classic tunes and references to iconic personalities, the celebration was fun-filled and enjoyed by both staff and students alike.
The event started with a bang, as students took centrestage, belting out Taylor Swift's hits. Our very own JP Dance Club also brought the house down with their electrifying moves, dedicating their performance to their beloved teachers.
The icing on the cake was undoubtedly the segment featuring students who put up fascinating portrayals of their teachers. The attention to detail was impeccable, leaving the audience in splits of laughter.
The celebration concluded with an award ceremony as a fitting tribute to all teachers. The awards were uniquely named after iconic singers, in line with the ‘Retro Revival’ theme. These awards celebrated not only the contributions of our teachers, but also the rich tapestry of music history that has defined generations.
Teachers’ Day Celebration 2023 serves as a reminder of the ties that bind the JPFam together, and a bridge between generations, reminding us all that the past can shape our future in remarkable ways.
