Jurong Pioneer Junior College celebrates the participation and achievements of its Computing students in the National Olympiad in Informatics (NOI) 2025, a prestigious national programming competition organised by the NUS School of Computing. π»
This year, 16 enthusiastic students from JPJC took part in the preliminary contest held on 22 February. Demonstrating their aptitude and dedication, six students successfully qualified for the highly competitive final round and proudly represented Jurong Pioneer Junior College on a national platform, which took place on 22 March at the National University of Singapore (NUS).π
The NOI challenges participants to tackle complex programming problems over an intensive five-hour period. This rigorous competition serves as an invaluable platform for students to hone their problem-solving skills, test their coding proficiency under pressure, and engage with like-minded peers from across the nation. π€
