National Day Celebrations
The College commemorated National Day on 7 August 2026 with a vibrant celebration themed “Majulah Singapura, Go Beyond!”, featuring performances, mini-games and a finale rave. The celebrations brought students together in a meaningful expression of national pride and belonging.
The National Day Celebrations were conducted on 7 August 2026, as one of the college's commemorative events. It comprised of a pre-concert segment followed by the National Day Observance Ceremony and the Concert. The entire programme was a collaborative effort involving the Community Engagement Council (CEC) members, House Executive committee and Uniform Group contingent volunteers.
Students came dressed in red and white, creating a vibrant and festive atmosphere across the school. The pre-concert segment involved the construction of our students' vision of Singapore in the future in line with the theme of "Majulah Singapura, Go Beyond!". We also commemorated the 60th Anniversary of our National Pledge by reciting it in the 4 official languages. The concert itself comprised of a plethora of activities. There were performances by the Chinese Orchestra, Guitar Ensemble, as well as a student band, "Sonder", and multiple minigame segment. The celebrations ended on high note with a rave led by the Choir.
Ultimately, the celebrations helped foster a stronger sense of national pride and belonging among students.
